What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 48-hour 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

Do the plants come with pots included?

Most of our plants come in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide range of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be purchased separately or as a bundle.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to ensure the health of the plant.

Yes! Every order includes a detailed digital care guide specific to the species you purchased, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and potting tips.
